Nelliena turned my wedding into a fun and magical day that I was able to enjoy instead of spending it stressed. She picked my brain and turned my wedding dreams into reality. From the moment I hired her to the day of, I felt like a top priority. She scheduled monthly chats to make sure I was on track with planning and to give me any advice or words of wisdom she could offer. She gave me excellent suggestions for vendors when I felt stuck and reached out to vendors when they wouldn’t always answer back right away. At the 30 day mark, Nelliena told me to take a breath and only worry about my hair, makeup and dress and she would coordinate the rest; well she did better than that. Using her software you get when you sign up for her help, she coordinated all the vendors, used all my idea pictures, playlists, etc, and made my wedding the most magical day I could have imagined. Everything was on track, the centerpieces were set up better than I had at home, the backdrop was AMAZING! I walked into the venue and my mind was blown. The entire wedding and ceremony, Nelliena kept things on track and kept my friends in check! I loved working with her and Brianna so so much, I would recommend them to ANYONE! Please, do yourselves a favor and hire Nelliena Events for your wedding; you might be able to plan a wedding yourself, but I promise you it won’t be as stress-free and smooth.

Wow, there just aren't words to say how amazing Nelliena and her staff are in the planning and executing an event. Our wedding had two distinct feels - Edwardian and Traditional Chinese - and two amazingly different locations. It was a fairy tale day. There were definitely timeline challenges that the family created, but Nelliena and her staff didn't bat an eye at the obstacles and need for redirecting and correcting the course of things. I cannot imagine that our wedding day could have happened without Nelliena's hard work. Hire her! Don't hesitate! Do not do an event on your own. She has inside connections that are invaluable, impeccable vision and execution skills, and starts out being your employee but ends up as a friend and practically family. I love Nelliena and so will you!!

Having organized a number of corporate events for work, when the thought of spending some of my limited budgets on a wedding planner, to be honest, seemed like money that could be better spent elsewhere. After having a free consultation with Nelliena (part of the offerings of our venue) – where I walked in ready to say “no thank you”, let me tell you - I walked out of that meeting willing to sell off my engagement ring to hire her (though not necessary as she was extremely affordable)!

Nelliena was on my speed dial for the months & weeks leading up to my wedding. She uses a really cool software that provides you tons of templates on things from seating charts, timelines to packing lists for your wedding party to keep everything organized and easily accessible – no having to search through Pinterest for tips & guides! She was always available for a panicked call (umm…my officiant just bailed – help!) and was quick with a calming word or on-the-fly solution for all of your wedding woes. She worked directly with all of my vendors which saved me a world of stress and coordination – which is priceless when you’re trying to maintain school/work/sanity while planning a wedding.

All the way to the day of my wedding when it rained on the only day in August…during my outdoor wedding…with technical difficulties…not to mention other day-of bumps, Nelliena & the Nelliena Events team were on it – keeping me stress-free and able to enjoy my wedding and guests. I can’t stress enough what good investment Nelliena’s services were for my special day. There’s no way it would have been such an unforgettable event without her. Hire her, you won’t regret it – I know I didn’t!
